In a rapidly evolving world, naturalness is no longer just a trend but a necessity. In 2022, we founded Saguleti, inspired by a desire not only to eat quality food but to create it—food that reconnects us with our roots.
Saguleti is more than just a farm. Here, we strive to craft products the way our ancestors did: using natural ingredients, free from unnecessary additives, and with deep respect for nature and tradition.

What Makes Us Unique?
Artisanal Cheesemaking
We use modern equipment that meets the highest standards of cleanliness while preserving the natural qualities and flavors of our ingredients. At the same time, we consciously chose an artisanal approach to cheesemaking, prioritizing the naturalness and uniqueness of each product. Our cheeses mature in natural rinds, free from synthetic materials and dyes. Each wheel is unique, reflecting the authenticity and freshness of nature. Some varieties are produced in small, seasonal batches for true connoisseurs.
Trout from Mountain Streams
Our trout are raised in pristine mountain spring water, without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics. This ensures the fish retain their natural quality and rich flavor, rarely found elsewhere. We also offer trout roe, naturally salted and free of preservatives—a true delicacy for gourmets.
Honey that Retains Its Natural Qualities
We care deeply for our bee families, maintaining a small apiary of just 20 hives. The bees thrive far from roads and pesticide-treated orchards. Our honey is neither filtered nor heated, preserving its natural properties, texture, and rich flavor.
Traditional Dairy Products
We prepare matsoni, a traditional Georgian yogurt, using authentic endemic cultures. Our ghee (known in Georgian as “erbo”) is another cherished Georgian product, celebrated for its rich flavor, delicate aroma, and versatility. It is a cornerstone of Georgian cuisine, indispensable in many traditional dishes.
Natural Meat and Delicacies
Our animals live and graze freely in the pristine Ateni Nature Reserve, surrounded by fresh air, mountain water, and lush meadows. Natural smoking with alder wood and the superior quality of our meat create exceptional flavor that needs little seasoning.
